Consultancy
The services offered include options to modify any space or renew the decoration, providing alternatives to enhance the property’s value. We also offer feasibility studies to assess the possibility of carrying out a specific activity at the location.
Regularization
The team also handles regularization and legalization of buildings in Florianópolis that fall under the law 707/2021, which establishes the DESTRAVA FLORIPA Project. The purpose of legalization is to regularize buildings that do not have an occupancy permit (Habite-se), making it easier for buying, selling, or renting processes.
TEAM
Maria Gabriela Cherem Luft
Architect (UFSC/2001), she lived in Florence, Italy where she got a Master’s degree in ‘Design degli Allestimenti e dei Percorsi Museali’ and completed courses in restoration of artwork and frescoes in Palazzo Spinelli – Istituto per l’Arte e il Restauro. Gabriela has a vast experience in Architecture and Restoration Projects and she is now the artist in charge of Garage Atelier.
Edy Genovez Luft
Edy has an extensive experience in restoration projects, some of his work include the restoration of the Customs House of the Port of Santos in Santos/SP, Cruz e Sousa Palace, Church of Nossa Senhora da Conceição, Cemetery of the Hospital de Caridade, Building now occupied by SPU (Superintendência do Patrimônio da União in Florianópolis/SC), Malburg Mansion in Itajaí/SC.
