Gabriela Luft
Gabriela is the artist who signs all the work at Garage Atelier. She is an Architect specialized in Visual Arts. She lived in Florence, Italy, for four years, where she got a Master’s degree in “Design degli allestimenti dei percorsi museali” (Exhibition design for exhibition spaces and museums) and worked in the cultural sector.
She has participated in collective and individual exhibitions in Brazil, Portugal, and Italy. In 2016, she published her first watercolor book “Mia Firenze: un giro per Firenze attraverso le sensazioni” in Florence, Italy. The watercolors were painted on the streets of Florence during her time in Italy. In 2019, she published the second extended edition of her watercolor book ‘Floripa, sua Linda!’, in Florianópolis, SC.
In 2022, she published the coloring book ‘Os Encantos de Floripa’, in Florianópolis, SC.
Currently, her artistic work focuses on the relationship with the landscape, both urban and nature, seeking the emotional and perceptive aspects linked to the spaces and places where she lives, experiences, and is experienced through sensations.
